Message	Wire in the resistor in at the ecu connector. I believe its pin 23? Might want to double check. cut the wire, solder one end of the 1 mega ohm resister to the wire leading to the ecu, and ground the other end of the resister. It could be that the wires running from the ecu to the knock sensor under the hood could have a break in the circuit. If you do this, i recommend that you run some type of knock detector (maybe a knock light). The last thing you want is a hole in your piston ;) Hope this helps.
